Visitor Information

  • This exhibition includes dark spaces, intense lighting, mirrored environments, water-based installations, and stairways. Due to the nature of the exhibition and the building layout, visitors are advised to exercise caution. Elderly visitors, young children, and visitors with limited mobility are encouraged to take extra care. Visitors with mobility concerns are kindly requested to be accompanied by a guardian.

  • Sound is incorporated throughout the exhibition. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, please keep noise to a minimum and set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate mode.

  • To ensure a safe and comfortable viewing experience, some areas operate with limited capacity and waiting times may occur. Admission and visitor capacity are managed according to on-site conditions. Please follow staff instructions. 

  • Re-entry is not permitted. Please keep your admission ticket or proof of entry with you throughout your visit. 

  • Backpacks, wheeled luggage, and other large bags are not permitted inside the exhibition galleries. Please store them in the lockers or follow staff instructions before entering the exhibition. Umbrellas, strollers, and wheelchairs are permitted. 

  • Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition. 

  • Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals. 

  • Please do not touch the artworks. All works must be viewed with your eyes only. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following staff instructions. 

  • For your safety, please refrain from running or engaging in disruptive behavior. Take extra care when moving through mirrored areas and stairways. 

  • Photography without flash is permitted. However, selfie sticks, tripods, and other equipment that may interfere with the experience of other visitors may be restricted at the discretion of museum staff


Please Note

This exhibition includes stairways, dark spaces, intense lighting, mirrored environments, and water-based installations. Due to limited capacity, waiting times may occur in certain areas. Wheelchairs and strollers are permitted only in the lobby. Visitors who have difficulty walking independently and preschool-aged children should be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety of children throughout the visit.
