How can I change the date of my Early Bird ticket reservation?

• To change your reservation date, please cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation for your preferred date by 11:59 pm on 19 August.

When can I use my Early Bird ticket?

• Early Bird tickets are valid from 20 August to 31 October 2026.

Can I purchase more than one Early Bird ticket?

• Yes. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased per person.

How can I receive the 10% catalogue discount?

• Visitors who purchase an Early Bird ticket online may receive 10% off the exhibition catalogue when visiting during the ticket’s valid period.
• Please present your reservation confirmation at the exhibition venue.
• This offer is available for on-site catalogue purchases only.

Are senior, disability, or Jongno resident discounts available?

• This exhibition does not offer separate discounts for visitors aged 65 and over, visitors with disabilities, or Jongno residents.
• The exhibition includes stairs, darkened spaces, mirrors, water-based installations, and other spatial elements that differ from a conventional gallery setting. Please review the visitor information before your visit.

Who is eligible for a discounted ticket?

• Discounted tickets are available for university students and children and young people.
• Valid proof of eligibility must be presented upon entry.

Is parking available?

• Parking lot is not available

Is photography permitted?

• Photography for personal use is permitted.
• Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photography equipment are not permitted.

Do I need to arrive at a specific time?

You may visit at any time during opening hours on the date of your reservation.

Please note that some installations have limited capacity and may require a xzwait before entry.

Are strollers and wheelchairs permitted?

• Strollers and wheelchairs may be used in the lobby only.
• Due to stairs, narrow passageways, and the spatial configuration of the exhibition, access to the full exhibition is not possible.
