FUTURA SEOUL partnered with Aladin as its book partner for its third curated exhibition of 2026, 3rd Poem: Es Devlin, Come Home Again (20 August 2026 – 17 January 2027). Aladin provided books for two works featured in the exhibition.
For Infinite Library, Aladin supplied over 10,000 books used to create the installation. In this work, countless books come together to form a single space. As visitors move through the book-filled environment, they experience how personal reading experiences and memories can become part of a collective memory and shared knowledge.
Aladin also provided Korean translations of books personally curated by Es Devlin for Reading Room.
For Es Devlin, books are traces of accumulated human memory and knowledge, as well as a means of connecting people. Through this collaboration, Aladin's books became a central element of Infinite Library, while the Korean editions in Reading Room allow local audiences to read the books selected by the artist in their own language.
The partnership brings together Aladin's philosophy of the "circulation of knowledge," in which books pass from one reader to another, and the exhibition's exploration of how individual reading experiences expand into collective memory.
